C-003963: Bar Ahom Manuscript
The CRCL Ahom Dictionary Resource Project is photographing, transcribing, and translating a more readily accessible copy of the manuscript held by the senior Ahom pandit, Chow Junaram Sangbun Phukan of Patsako, Sibsagar District, Assam. This sasi bark manuscript contains nearly 3,000 entries, and may be the oldest extant dictionary of any Tai-Kadai family language. It has never been reproduced in its entirety.

C-003964: Indian languages Corpora
This corpora was created following sampling methodologies and hence this is a balanced corpora. This is available in Indian Standard Code for Information Interchange or Indian Script Code for Information Interchange( ISCII ) format.The Institute also intends to enhance this corpora to the tune of twenty million in each language.On its own the Institute is now developing corpora in languages recently included into the Eighth Schedule like Bodo, Dogri, Maithili and Santali. All the prose texts available in these languages are keyed since it is not possible to obtain texts from all the sampling domains.

C-003966: Manipuri Corpora
The Manipuri corpus was received from Ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of India. Its creation commenced at the Manipur University under the aegis of Prof. M.S.Ningomba and Dr. N.Pramodini. It has around 3 million words. The fonts used in the creation of this corpus are BN-TTDurga, BN-TTBidisha and AS-TTBidisha. The existing corpus is further enhanced with additional 60,000 words. Further investigation to make it compatible to existing systems is in progress.

C-003991: Newari Lexicon
The Newari Lexicon is compiled from a group of Nepalese manuscripts of a single text, the Amarakosa. The manuscripts date from the end of the fourteenth to the early nineteenth centruries. Each manuscript contains the text of the Amarakosa, a popular Sanskrit thesaurus written in verse, with notes in Newari containing brief Newari glosses of each group of Sanskrit synonyms. The Newari Lexicon is a compilation of words from the Newari glosses, with reference to the original Sanskrit and to English glosses.

Janam Sakhis are accounts on the life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, each consisting of a series of separate incidents or chapters normally in chronological order, entitled Sakhis. This is the first time, that the Janam Sakhis have been transliterated into Shahmukhi. The Janam Sakhis are simultaneously available in both Gurmukhi and Shahmukhi scripts.

C-003994: Classical Urdu Poetry
The files presented here were made from audio tape recordings produced in 1975 at the Learning Resources Center, under the direction of Professor M.A.R. Barker and Shah Abdus Salam. The tape recordings were prepared to accompany Volume I of Prof. Barker's book A Reader of Classical Urdu Poetry, published in 1977 by Spoken Language Services. The complete texts, Vols I, II are available at the Ames Library of South Asia at the University of Minnesota.
