SHACHI - Language Resource Metadata Database

The database of the subject on the practical study on education at elementary and secondary schools, such as the study designated research subjects between 1981 and 2006. Information in 1982, 1984, and between 1986 and 1990 is missing.

Theses of doctors and masters who were conferred a degree on the following field.
1. A study of pedagogics and curriculum research and development.
2. The study that features the school education in the following field. The study of the national language, Japanese literatures, foreign languages, foreign literatures, mathematics, physics, earth science, chemistry, science such as the biology, a physical fitness, home economics, musicology, art studies, information science, the welfare/the science of nursing.

This database collects the theses or surveys appeared in the publications of the institutes of national education and educational centers nationwide, between 1981 and 2004.

This database collects the information about the teachers' training courses carried out in the institute of national education / education centers from 1985 to 2005. (1986, 1987 information is not avalable).

The Historiographical Institute has been accumulating and applying research information, including historical research information and historical document information, through the continuous editing and compilation of books. Many of these have now been computerized, and are made available under a unified system of Internet technology. We actively aim at providing a system that will accommodate the demand for large volumes of computerized information of edited documents. This system will be structured to provide a multi-channel connection between the history researcher and historical documents, by formatting various types of document on a broadband network.
